Since we can’t leave the house, I’ve decided to use every opportunity I can to wear a cute outfit. I know, I sound crazy. But if dressing up gives you a sense of sanity and control, then you’ll understand. I decided to make a mini series here on my blog, and document outfits I’ve worn during this time, not only to look back on but to get back to my roots. I originally made this blog to post outfit inspiration and style tips for people who needed them, and I feel like over the years I’ve strayed away from that, and created more of a lifestyle blog. I’ve been finding my love for clothes and creating looks again, so expect some new outfit posts from me during this pandemic and beyond! Outfit details below.
Top: Zara Jeans: Topshop Bag: Monki Shoes: Nordstrom Rack
I recently stopped by the Alexander McQueen London flagship store to see the latest exhibition and there were so many glorious and one of a kind pieces that made me feel so inspired and excited!
I took photos of some of my favorite pieces that were on display and inserted them below for you to have a look, of course. I am in LOVE with the pops of pink and the stunning flower inspired shapes (I’m a big flower person if you didn’t know). My absolute favorites are the hot pink sleeved suit jacket and blue died floral inspired dress, and I found the jute (i think?) dress with the leather harness so unique.
Sunday’s are for overpriced bruch! LOL. Here’s a little outfit of the day from my latest brunch outing with family. Believe it or not, my dress and shoes are from outlet stores! So many people talk about having budgets, and blaming that for the reason they cant dress well, but budgets shouldn’t hold you back from being stylish! My dress is from TJ Maxx and my shoes are from Nordstrom rack, so definitely never sleep on those stores next time you come across them!
Just an everyday outfit outfit picture. There’s nothing much to it, and not much that I did this day haha. For this look, I paired a mesh dragon top from Bershka and paired it with acid wash jeans from American Eagle Outfitters. I finished the look with my usual air force ones and accessories.
