My Post-Quarantine Travel Wishlist

2020 was supposed to be my year of travel and concerts. I booked a trip to Manchester and Paris, and had to cancel both at a moments notice. I was most disappointed about the Paris trip because I’ve fantasized about going there since I was a little girl. I had everything ready to go, and then the virus got worse and I had to book a trip home instead. Although I was upset about it for a short while after, I began using this time to get excited about all of the travels I want to take when airports open again. Here are some places on my wishlist that I’m headed to (I HAVE to!!) as soon as I can.

One of the first places I’m heading back to is Paris. I am so eager to pick up where I had to leave off, and see the place I’ve been dreaming of for so long.
Edinburgh was next on my list. I was planning to make this a solo 1.5 day trip, and just explore this beautiful place. There are so many hills and castles that are just absolutely beautiful. This is also the start of my UK tour!
Ireland is next. Honestly I just want to party there with my friends and hear the accents! I also want to learn their culture because from what I know, Irish people are very patriotic and tradition oriented so I’d love to see that firsthand.
To be completely honest, I don’t know much about Cardiff or Wales as a whole but I love seen how different the rest of the UK is from London. I think that a first initial thought is that everywhere is a city like London, so I love to see that everywhere ISN’T London.
Amsterdam seems like such an exciting place filled with so much history and sexual innuendoes. There are so many erotic things that I just have to see if I’m being honest lol. And it just looks like such a beautiful and quaint place.
Lastly, BARCELONA!! My parents went here on a cruise and haven’t shut up about it since. I love Spanish music, Spanish cuisine and Spanish culture so this is a place that I really really want to see for myself. I also have a love for interior design and architecture and I LOVE Spanish architecture and it’s colors. So I’m really excited to visit here. Also while I’m here, I need to give an honorable mention to Ibiza!!! I will be there soon haha.

A Weekend in Milano

A week in Milano❤️

Milano is one of the most magical places I’ve ever been to (especially during the holiday season). For as long as I could remember, I’ve dreamed of going to Italy and eating my favorite foods, drinking wine, and shopping. Sadly I only had a weekend to do all of that, but it was one of the best weekends of my life. A friend of mine was living there for a few months, so I bought a plane ticket, planned my trip, and left London on Black Friday weekend.

Everything just seemed oddly familiar to me, like I’d visited before. It was exactly what I thought it would be like, yet nothing like what I thought at the same time. But I must say, the food was EXACTLY what I thought it would be like. Fresh, flavorful and to DIE for. Best pasta and bruschette I’ve ever had.

There was so much culture and history everywhere that I went, and I could just feel it there. Everything was so beautiful and it sometimes felt like I stepped back in time.

It’s definitely a place I want to visit again in the future, and hopefully you and I both will get the change to tour the rest of Italy! And of course, eat all the food.
