Manchester

24 hours in Manchester…

I recently spend 24 hours in Manchester visiting my sister, and I was so surprised by how my I enjoyed. First and foremost, let’s talk about the Intu Trafford Center shopping mall. THE most amazing mall I’ve ever seen/been to in my life. Not to mention, that I found a stall with the best candy floss I’ve tasted. My sister and I haven’t spent much time together before this trip, so it was nice to do a bit of retail therapy, get lunch, and take busses and ubers all over Manchester for a day.

Later that night, we went mini golfing at the Roxy Ballroom, which was one of the hardest mini golf coursed I’ve done, but it was so fun and I really enjoyed it.

The View

Always be grateful..

While my parents were in London, we went out to Westminster to meet with my dad’s friend. The sun was shining, and the breeze was perfect, and I just had a moment where I felt extremely grateful. I always feel grateful, but this time was so different. I just felt like I was exactly where I was meant to be, and I was doing everything I’m meant to, and I rarely have that feeling. The second photo is the background of the first photo, through my eyes. And what I saw while I was thinking about everything it took for me to get to where I am now. There’s not many photos in this post, but I just felt like sharing 🙂

Sea Blue

My favorite place

Some photos of me at my favorite place. One thing I love about my home so much is the beach. I’m an earth sign and the sea just makes me calm and relaxed. On this day, the waves were rough and the water was murkier than usual but I still enjoyed it all the same.

JLO

the ultimate birthday celebration..

For my mom’s birthday, we went to Miami for JLO’s birthday party concert, and it was such an amazing concert. It was about 3 hours long and for being 50 years old, she was unreal. Beautiful, energetic, and passionate after all these years still. She did about 10 outfit changes, and had so many touches to her show that made it personal and one of a kind. She’s a triple threat, and it’s so awesome to see someone so talented in person.

Terrible photo, but the only picture I have of my outfit for the night

Milk Train

Introducing… my favorite ice cream

Milk Train cafe in Covent Garden is one of my favorite places in London that I’m missing and craving a lot right now. They have some of if not THE best soft serve ice cream I’ve ever had. They have so many quirky topping like cotton candy and popcorn, and you get so much served to you for what you pay for. I definitely recommend it if your in or around London. Here’s a couple of snaps from my most recent visit with my parents.

Chelsea Flower Show

Here are some photos of the beautiful displays at the Chelsea Flower Show

Here are some photos of the beautiful displays at the Chelsea Flower Show in Sloane Square. The theme this year was ocean conservation themed so there were jellyfish, dolphins, turtles, octopus and more made entirely of plants/flowers!

Magic Kingdom

Cinderella’s Castle

Aladdin’s Magic Carpets ride

Over my spring break I took a trip to Disney’s Magic Kingdom for the last time before I turn 20 (an official adult!) It was the most fun and I’m always so glad to go and live like I’m 10 years old again.

Tate Modern

These photos are from my first visit to the Tate London museum here in London. It’s a contemporary art museum housing some of the most confusing pieces of art I’ve ever come across. Here are some art pieces I found interesting (or that made sense to me haha).

Exploring Kensington

This was one of my favorite days in London. The sun was shining, the wind was lightly blowing, and I spent the day in Kensington Palace. My friend and I attended the Princess Diana exhibit which I posted a while back (make sure to check it out!). We spent some time out in the garden, watching the swans and taking cute photos, as usual.

Piccadilly

Some quick snaps of my look from a day out in Piccadilly..

Piccadilly is one of my favorite areas in London. It’s home to beautiful designer and high street stores, pretty scenery, and my personal favorite secret spot, Build-a-bear (very rare in London). I love that you can walk down and casually shop, it’s a 10 minute walk to Oxford Circus, and it’s not half as packed with people (even on weekends!).
